The Roastery

Tracing the journey from green bean to golden cup.

Our Origins

We source from three exceptional coffee-growing regions, each adding its own character to our menu.

Ethiopian Coffee Farm
🇪🇹

Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia

The birthplace of coffee. Our single-origin Ethiopian lot delivers bright, wine-like acidity with unmistakable jasmine and blueberry notes.

Light Roast
Colombian Coffee Farm
🇨🇴

Huila, Colombia

High-altitude Colombian farms produce our most versatile bean — a balanced cup with caramel sweetness, red apple, and a clean finish.

Medium Roast
Sumatran Coffee
🇮🇩

Mandheling, Sumatra

Full-bodied, earthy, and low in acidity. Our Sumatran blend is the foundation of our espresso — rich with dark chocolate and cedar.

Dark Roast

From Cherry to Cup

Our four-step philosophy ensures every batch is worthy of your time.

01

Direct Trade

We buy directly from growers, eliminating middlemen and ensuring premium prices reach the farmer.

02

Sample Roasting

Every new lot is sample-roasted before approval. We taste 100+ samples to select the final 10%.

03

Small-Batch Roasting

Roasted in 10kg batches on our vintage Probat drum roaster for maximum consistency and care.

04

Rest & Release

Beans rest for 48 hours post-roast to de-gas before we serve or dispatch. Every time.

Our Roast Profiles

Three distinct personalities. All sharing the same obsessive care.

Light Roast

Floral & Bright

Preserves the origin character with high clarity. Ideal for pour-over and filter methods where nuance shines.

Jasmine Blueberry Citrus
Medium Roast

Balanced & Sweet

The sweet spot. Caramelized sugars emerge without masking origin notes. Perfect for cappuccinos.

Caramel Hazelnut Apple
Dark Roast

Bold & Complex

The foundation of our espresso. Smoky, rich, and built for milk-based drinks that demand presence.

Dark Chocolate Cedar Molasses

Ethical Sourcing is Not a Marketing Slogan

We pay a minimum of 40% above the Fair Trade floor price for every lot we purchase. We visit our partner farms at least once a year. We publish our sourcing costs openly so you can make informed decisions about where your money goes.

We also invest 2% of our annual revenue into the education infrastructure of farming communities — because great coffee starts with educated, empowered farmers.
